I feel blessed to be a channel for bodywork, lightwork, and dance. I love being of service through providing a variety of massage and bodywork, lightwork of the Rising Star and Prema Birthing modalities, and breaking it down as a hoopdance performer & instructor. In my spare time I volunteer with the Heart Touch Project L.A., freelance as a food & business writer for TERA, and entertain myself as closet chef and food porn Blogger; and I share my non-food related thoughts - surprisingly, yes, I do have those too - here.
